SILENCE: IN SEARCH OF BLACK FEMALE SEXUALITY IN AMERICA

I have known of this film for the last two years, and I have been meaning to put up a post about it. It is one of two known films that tackles the 450+ years of America’s sexual exploitation of black American women. The other is the documentary “No!”, by the filmmaker Aishah Shahidah Simmons.
