PASADENA BURGLAR WAS SHOT IN BACK; OFFICER WITNESSED SHOOTING

An autopsy report of the burglars shot by a Pasadena homeowner shows that one of the men was shot in the back sources tell 11 News.
A Pasadena law enforcement official told 11 News that late yesterday; detectives finally got their hands on the preliminary autopsy results. Pasadena police sources also confirmed that a plainclothes officer arrived on the scene just seconds before Joe Horn opened fire, killing the two burglars.
That officer witnessed the shooting Pasadena police confirmed to 11 News.
It was a little more than three weeks ago, when shots rang out on Timberline Drive in Pasadena. Homeowner Joe Horn told a Pasadena 911 dispatcher two men were breaking into the house next door.
You could hear Horn over the phone firing the shots that struck and killed Miguel Dejesus and Diego Ortiz. Both burglars were illegal aliens from Columbia and believed to be a part an organized crime home burglary ring.
On the day of the shooting, police said, they thought one of the men was shot in the chest and the other in the lower left side.
Now, based on the preliminary autopsy, they believe that what they thought were entrance wounds, were actually exit wounds instead.
That report indicates that one of the men was clearly shot in the back.
Horn’s attorney said the new information doesn’t change his stance that Horn was acted in self defense.
“The facts remain the same in this case as they were on November 14th. Joe Horn shot in defense of his life in his own yard,” attorney Tom Lambright said in a written statement. “We anxiously await the final autopsy report.”
Pasadena police are turning over the evidence to the Harris County District Attorney to present to a grand jury.
Since the shootings, Horn has received an outpouring of support from his neighbors and outsiders who advocate the use of deadly force to protect property.
But his actions have also been condemned by community activists Quanell X and his followers, who have staged a pair of marches in front of Horn’s home.
Last weekend the planned protest ran into Horn supporters on motorcycles in a clash that has homeowners in the neighborhood seeking to prevent more protests from being held in the subdivision.

Stephanie Story is a really BIG LIAR. She has all of you all fooled. She was not engaged to Miguel and they had only been together for two and a half weeks before he died. Miguel was married to this other girl who does not want to come foward because she has a real job as a teacher and they had been together for three years. Plus with all of the negativity, she doesn’t want any negative focus. Miguel and his real wife (Stephanie is not on the Death Certificate, his wife is) were in love. They had problems but they separated until he could get himself together.
Tell me, what tests do you need to take before you get married? If you are having sex, then whatever one has the other has it. I know Miguel and his real wife persoanally and I can tell you it wasn’t Stephanie. There was some sort of rift with his cousin Jairo Riascos and Rebecca Rojas (Jairo’s girlfriend) and they are using Stephanie because they think they can get money from Mr. Horn.
Stephanie doesn’t even have a job and she is on welfare and she has three kids by three different men. Miguel was in love with his wife, but all couples they have problems. He is gone and it does not matter anymore, but these newspapers and television shows are paying her good money to tell a story that isn’t even true. His wife told me that nobody cares that he is a good man and really sweet. They only see that he is a theif and they don’t know the real reason why.
Mr. Horn and Mr. Lambert better get ready, because it is all about the money she, his cousin Jairo Riascos, Jairo’s cousin Rebekka Rojas are all wanting to sue Mr. Horn…by the way, Jairo has some legal troubles of his own right now. He was caught driving a get away car and they are investigating him to see if he really was involved in a break in. Jairo does not work and his Mexican girlfriend brings home his bacon. I think he is here illegally too.
What pisses me off in this whole situation besides Joe Horn shooting them in the back is Jairo doesn’t date black girls. He only dates white ones but when he could not get LULAC to back him up he ran over to Quannell X and the New Black Panther Party. That is really strange how soon we forget.

Tell me, what are they trying to imply with the claim that one of the burglars “was shot into the back”?
By breaking into someones property you are putting yourself outside the law. Your risk and responsibility, if you get shot. There shouldn’t be any further risk for people like Horn.

It’s absolutely disgusting that anyone would say he shouldn’t have killed those two vile excuses for humans. Ponder what else these individuals might have taken had the owners been home (life,dignity, peace of mind). How many other crimes have they committed (rape/armed robbery)? JOE HORN you are the type of neighbor that I would want living next to me.I tell my son who is 16 that if he were to be shot/maimed while involved in some illegal activity he would’ve gotten just what he deserved. The instant/minute an individual takes it upon themselves to violate another persons HOME you have acknowledged the consequences of your actions and assumed the risk is worth the reward.The only thing I wish would’ve been done is parade their bodies down the street as they would’ve done HORSE thieves in days of YORE. The family should be apologizing for the despicable behavior of their relatives. Unbelievable they would defend these individuals this isn’t a game of HIDE and GO SEEK, oops ya caught me DO OVER!!!!

Joe Horn is a hero!!! Those thugs deserved what they got! People work hard for the things they have for some thug(s) to try to steal it! I think they need to make it legal for everyone who sees a robbery taking place to shoot to kill and save the tax payers money on a trial. Joe Horn you deserve a medal for your actions. I am so sick of all these criminals having more rights than the victim. Had they not been shot they probably would have gotten a slap on the wrist, or never caught. Joe Horn is a true HERO!
